About London4Free and the people behind it

London4Free.net was founded by Laura Oerlemans in January 2006. Together with Ariejan de Vroom she now maintains London4Free.net in order to provide as much accurate information about low-budget London as possible.

Since we are both big fans of London, of course we would like to visit this city often. However, we are both still at college and do not have much money to spare. This brought up the idea of making a website about free things to do in London. We’re convinced that a visit to London can still be great fun when you’re not travelling in a fancy way, sleeping in the best hotel or going to expensive restaurants or attractions.
