It covers world culture from the prehistory to the present. You can visit the famous British Museum for free! However, you have to pay a fee for some temporary special exhibitions.

Opening hours

The galleries are opened on saturday, sunday, monday, tuesday and wednesday from 10.00 until 17.30, and on thursday and friday from 10.00 until 20.30. The great court is opened longer.
